Cornelia Henschke

Cornelia Henschke, PhD, MSc is deputy head of the Berlin Centre of Health Economics Research (BerlinHECOR) at the Department of Health Care Management, Berlin University of Technology. She leads a junior research group focusing on incentives and impacts of regulatory instruments. Cornelia was a German Harkness/B. Braun Stiftung Fellow in Health Care Policy and Practice in 2018-19. Her research focuses on investigating the effects of policy interventions on costs, access, and quality of care, especially in the context of (innovative) health technologies. Furthermore, she focuses on topics around value-based decision making, financing models, and digitalization in healthcare. In addition to her peer-reviewed publications in leading health economics and policy journals, Cornelia has co-authored policy-relevant reports, e.g., for the German Ministry of Health.
